We are looking for someone who is eager to dive deep, learn whatever is necessary and go above and beyond for our customers. Your day to day: As part of the sales team this role requires you to handle inbound sales enquires, manage customer relationships, and generate new sale leads by provide that extra level care to our customers. Provide customer service via face-to-face, phone and email. Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries. Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support. Liaise with workshop staff, assisting with pick packing and stock take duties when required. Who are you? Excellent verbal communication Previous sales experience is a bonus but not essential – passion and drive are what matter most. Computer literacy at an intermediate level Fast leaner and happy to participate in ongoing training. Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and or driveline knowledge is advantageous.
