We are seeking a motivated, experienced and customer-focused Member Relationship Consultant to join an Insurance Specialist team.
This role involves managing and enhancing member relationships, providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include new business generation, managing annual renewals, selling policies in line with regulatory standards, updating customer details, and supporting customers with deceased estates.

* Base salary of $65,000–$70,000 + superannuation.

Requirements for Success
* Previous experience in a call centre environment with exposure to the insurance management process or a desire to learn.
* Strong service and sales skills, with the ability to guide and coach customers effectively.
* Demonstrated alignment with the organisation's values, including a customer-first approach, reliability, positivity, and the ability to take initiative while working independently.
