We're recruiting full-time Crane & Rigging Services Coordinator to join our onshore Energy team in Perth This role will be responsible for executing all phases of shutdown maintenance work safely and efficiently in time with the right quality at optimal cost.

Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore shutdown maintenance requirements.
Liaise with internal and client senior leaders to ensure work priorities are achieved and site is adequately provided with all "Shutdown Crane & Rigging Services".
Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required.
Review and approval of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient Shutdown execution.
Develop accurate detailed estimates and schedules for Crane & Rigging work scopes based upon various available technical documentation and experience.
Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
Management and accountability of specialist Subcontractor personnel.
Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
