Key Responsibilities
As a vital support to the EA for the Head of Australia and Office Manager, your duties will include:
* Assisting with diary management for the Head of Australia as needed
* Coordinating internal and external events
* Handling general office administration and housekeeping
* Managing office supplies, tracking inventory, and placing monthly orders
* Supporting staff with Concur expense-related queries
* Printing and binding presentations for meetings and events
* Gathering information for itineraries during Portfolio Manager visits
* Organizing staff travel arrangements
Desired Qualifications
* Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a corporate or finance setting
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with executives, clients, and colleagues
* Excellent task prioritisation and time management in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
