Job Description
The Customer Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in helping NBL Clubs attract new audiences and grow their fan base.
Key Responsibilities
* Fan Experience & Strategy: Research and implement global best practices in fan engagement across NBL clubs.
* Audience Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer segmentation model, build and manage a centralized repository of actionable customer insights.
* Partnerships & Data Growth: Establish strategic partnerships with measurable objectives to accelerate fan acquisition.
Your Qualifications
* Essential Experience: Proven track record in audience growth and customer acquisition, strong analytical skills, and stakeholder management skills.
* Nice-to-Haves: Experience in a sports league or club environment, understanding of the Australian sporting landscape, and expertise with customer data platforms and analytics tools.
