Shifts times may range between 6am - 10pm, including weekends and overnight sleep shifts. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate availability during school hours only. Proposed Roster - Roster - Overnight Sleep Rover - 50 hrs Proposed Roster - Overnight Sleep Roster - 67 hrs Proposed Roster - Roster - 36 hrs Proposed Roster - Female - Roster mixed - 49.50 hrs Proposed Roster - mixed Roster - 47.50 hrs Proposed Roster - Female - Community Roster - 58.50 hrs A typical day in the role may look like: Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them Joining customers in recreational activities such as swimming, dancing, bingo, horseback riding, going to the gym, bowling and more Supporting customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties and mandatory daily reports. The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about providing service and assistance in the community Have willingness to support customers of any gender by assisting with personal care (showering, toileting) and domestic duties (meal preparation, housekeeping) Have a full driver’s licence and be willing to their roadworthy, comprehensively insured vehicle, if required, to transport our customers to activities or appointments Have good verbal and written communication skills Submitting your application is easy.
