The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead the Tamworth & Armidale branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, recruitment, training, inventory management, and staff supervision. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, customer service representatives, and support staff. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability. Foster a positive and customer-focused culture within the branch. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry professionals, and community organisation's. Monitor branch performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance and market trends. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management and/or branch management preferably in a commercial setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
