The primary functions of this role are to process sales orders, coordinate logistics for all Granular Products orders, and coordinate aerial applications for our range of herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides.ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for incoming calls from the company's 1300 number, ensuring the caller is referred to the correct area/person.This role is the hub of sales and aerial application; strong communication skills and regular liaison between stakeholders are vital to ensure all relevant parties are updated.End-to-end management of data entry for all Granular Products sales in Unleashed software.Arranging delivery/logistics for orders placed, including aerial campaigns.Prepare and dispatch orders; receive and dispatch goods from Rockhampton warehouse.Coordination of aerial campaigns, in close liaison with the sales team and aerial operators.Develop and maintain sound communication with sales personnel, rural resellers, aerial operators, manufacturing personnel, and freight providers to ensure a smooth transition of the sales process.Ensure all stock is managed and updated through our stock control system across all sites to meet the needs of the business, whilst ensuring that any anomalies are investigated thoroughly.Maintain sales software (Unleashed) and ensure all information is accurate and current.Use initiative to make recommendations on cost-saving and system improvement.Demonstrate an awareness of manual handling and a commitment to safety.Assist Cirrus Ag (manufacturing arm) with stock control and warehouse operations as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
