The purpose of the role of Export Customer Service is to manage the customer order life cycle from order receipt to invoice, and export documentation. The role will ensure Bega’s export license is protected by operating in a manner that is compliant with dairy export legislation and complying with country export regulation. The role will act as a ‘customer champion’ within the business to ensure that the customer’s needs are met within business rules. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence across our processes and improve the customer experience. Responsibilities: Receive orders from customers and confirm within agreed supply timeframes. Process export sales contracts and orders in the system. Ensure Product meets specific Country/Customer requirements (i.e., additional testing, label requirements and block product). Provide order status updates to account managers and customers as required. Maintain all customer profiles in support systems, ensuring details are current. Work with our internal and external stakeholders to secure bookings via air or sea for our export customers About you Experience with Customer Service and solid knowledge of customer order process Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills Demonstrated understanding and preferably experience with export regulatory and documentation requirements Demonstrated understanding of supply chain environments and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Bega Group Story The Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
