With a focus on safety, quality, and technical expertise, it supports a range of construction projects using modern equipment and established industry practices.As the HSEQ Advisor, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff in implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies. Participate in planning, inspections, and audits to assess and improve production processes. Promote proactive risk management, hazard identification, and the implementation of effective control measures. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, risk management, and documentation development.Conduct site inspections, audits, and participate in incident investigations.Manage incident records and follow-up actions using safety management software.Deliver training sessions (inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings).Attend and coordinate safety meetings and site visits nationwide.Assist with Work Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses, and equipment procedures.Support injured workers with return-to-work programs.Monitor and report on compliance with safety strategies, targets, and legislation.Liaise with regulatory bodies and provide reports to management.Lead by example in maintaining safety standards.Contribute to the development and implementation of HSEQ systems.RequirementsCert IV or higher in Health and Safety.Experience in civil construction.Willingness to travel and work primarily on-site (80%) with 20% in office.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with heavy machinery, cranes, and rigging.Lead auditor and Environmental Management qualifications.Experience in rehabilitation programs and incident investigation.Additional licenses/certifications (e.g., First Aid, Working at Heights, HRWL, etc.).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Project Management, and TrainingIndustriesCivil Engineering
