About The Role
Are you entry / associate level in eCommerce and ready to take on an exciting new challenge?
We’re looking for a permanent part-time eCommerce Associate (3 days per week ideally Wednesday – Friday) to support our eCommerce team. A fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, upskill and develop your eCommerce skills!
You will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising digital storefront across our Australia and New Zealand sites, contribute to website management, merchandising and performance tracking.
What You Will be Doing
Reporting into our eCommerce Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and passionate about digital retail.
* Content Management – Website content updates, contribute to planning promotions and seasonal themes, monitor website for critical updates.
* On-Site Merchandising – Optimise product listing pages, update product sorting, filtering and categorisation, monitor onsite merchandising performance.
* Stock Management – Ensure stock levels and availability align with demand.
* Consumer Care and Technical Support – Address eCommerce product-related queries, escalate complex issues and track resolutions, support User Acceptance Testing for website updates.
* Reporting and Analysis – Report campaign and site performance, collaborate with teams to assess impact and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Business Continuity and Team Support – Assist in cross-functional projects and regional eCommerce initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred, not essential).
* Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and problem-solving.
* A keen interest in eCommerce, digital retail, and emerging online trends.
* Highly organised, proactive and shows initiative.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* A team player with a friendly, positive and approachable attitude.
