About the role The Production Operator is a Full-time position, based at Coopers Plains - QLD.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor you'll be part of a team of operators that are responsible for operating machinery to ensure material is produced to the commercial standard.
In this role you will : Identify and report equipment and product faults via the appropriate procedure Be involved in reducing risks/hazards and improving quality by involvement in the Safety/Environmental and Quality Management Plan Maintain workplace records including machine reports, graph information etc Participate and get involved in continuous improvement and problem solving This role will work across an 8-hour weekly rotating roster (40 hours per week + overtime available).
Monday to Friday morning shift 6am-2pm, afternoon shift 2pm-10pm and night shift 10pm-6am.
A forklift licence is required to perform duties in the factory.
