An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Coordinator (Rostering) in Telecommunications to support operations through the development of effective work practices and procedures that contribute to a quality and customer focused telecommunications service. This includes Human Resource Management (e.g., rostering, performance appraisals, HR form processing, payroll).Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.The SCHHS is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Manage telecommunications rosters and allocate staff appropriately to cover shifts, including managing emergent and planned leave, prepare and submit payroll and HR forms.Supervise Administration Officer (Switchboard Services) staff in the performance of their duties including mandatory training compliance and performance appraisal and development of staff on an annual basis.Supervise the day-to-day operations of telecommunications operations including workflow, problem resolution in relation to staff issues, operational issues and difficult calls.Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders in the management of issues and support resolution specific to Switchboard Services.Remuneration value up to $114,177 p.a., comprising salary between $90,832- $100,071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4).
