How will I help?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic new team within Cash and Transactional Banking, where you'll help Australians manage their money and businesses through a digital-first approach. By embracing an agile, customer-focused mindset, you'll drive innovation to enhance the customer experience, streamlining customer service and meeting everyday banking needs.
Collaborate with strategy, digital, technology, and project teams to deliver seamless solutions that make banking easier, all while aligning with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaboratively design and deliver innovative cash and transactional banking digital experiences to meet customers' everyday needs.
* Accelerate market delivery through continuous improvement and an agile mindset.
* Analyze and leverage data to identify opportunities to meet business outcomes.
* Support oversight and management of key suppliers that drive our transformational agenda - ensuring compliance with Group Supplier frameworks and policies.
* Act as a subject-matter expert on cash and transactional banking products.
* Build strong relationships across teams to support the design and delivery of the operational data model.
* Champion our purpose of "creating better futures together" with a strong focus on customer advocacy.

What do I need?
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in contributing to or supporting the design and implementation of change initiatives within the digital and technology space.
* An understanding of product lifecycle principles and processes.
* Exposure to project management within digital and/or technology development is a plus, with a strong focus on collaboration and shared success.
* Be adaptable in nature and able to work in a fast-paced environment, in a high performing team.
* An interest in developing commercial insight and a passion for learning.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt depending on the audience.
