This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a team that provides remedial, refurbishment & fit-out services for a variety of state and national customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of accurate estimates, sourcing competitive and alternate suppliers. Working closely with project managers to maximize opportunities that are delivered by internal waged staff and contractors. Ideal applicants should have experience in large scale residential construction, remedial or general building refurbishment. Applicants must be able to demonstrate qualifications or direct experience in this sector.
