Great 2nd line Support experience within the IT Sector.Excellent organisational skills.Previous experience working with mixed hardware and software issues and fixes.Proficiency in the Windows tech stack, including/up to O365.Laptop hardware break-fix and good use of the Service Now Ticketing System.Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.Right to work in the UK.Must be onsite in Deeside (no relocators). What it would be nice to have.... Experience with full PC rebuilds.Previous work on decommissioning and packaging of devices.Mac skills.
