About Us
ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. As part of this contract, Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provide defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.
About the Role
As the Enrolled Nurse - Ward at Robertson Health Centre, you will provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess care levels required for patients and set priorities accordingly, initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses and be available to take last-minute shifts, ensuring flexible and responsive healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
o Provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services.

o Be available to take last-minute shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
o A current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
o At least 2 years’ full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
o A recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
o A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
o Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence security clearance.
o The willingness to work on shifting schedules and weekends.
