Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports.
* Ensure the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
* Prepare state and federal income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, employee benefit plans, non-profits, and individuals.
* Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
* Perform audit, review, or compilation procedures.
* Financial records preparation, analysis, and inspection.
* Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
* Analyze the revenue and expenditure of a business.
* Advise on tax-effective organizational structure and arrangement as well as establishment of taxation strategy.
* Develop, implement, and modify accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
* Regular communication and liaison with clients.
* Assist with implementing and maintaining accounting and accounting control procedures.
* Liaise with third-party partners and development teams to provide up-to-date detailed cash flow forecasts for each development scheme.
* Documenting and monitoring internal controls.
* Providing risk analysis and financial forecasting.

Desirable Experience and/or Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or a business field.
* Have a good mastery of professional knowledge in accounting.
* Practical experience as an accountant is preferred but not essential.
