Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the human resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, display excelling data entry skills and have an understanding of human resource best practices. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implement human resource policies and procedures Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding Reinforcement of Policy and Proceedure Implement existing performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans Coordinate external training and development programs for employees Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Manage employee benefits programs Provide support to managers and employees on human resource issues Coordinate ordering and issueing of PPE Qualifications: Certificate IV in human resources, business administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in human resources Understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resource information systems
