Our services create intentional avenues for young people to explore opportunities, build support networks, and access, participate and contribute to their communities. Youth services provide a diverse range of programs which include housing and homelessness, driver training, education, employment and training, AOD support, social and community activities, specialist therapeutic responses, and youth justice programs. About the role We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Mobile Youth Worker, at our Northbridge location. Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a fixed-term position offering full-time hours until the 31st January, 2026.Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, level 4. You will successfully Create a safe place for young people to develop a sense of belonging, personal identity and hope for the future.Provide case management support to young people ages 15 to 25 who have or who are in the care of the CEOs, to assist them to achieve interdependency.Maintain a client-centered approach.Support young people through the three stages of leaving care: Preparation, Transition, and After care.Aim to prevent homelessness, support young people to obtain and maintain long-term accommodation, develop independent living skills, develop social and community-based support networks, and have a good level of health to support the successful transition from care. You will have (Requisite Skills & Qualifications) A current and valid Working with Children Card (WA)A current WA Drivers licenceDepartment of Child Protection and Family support Criminal History check. (Form 395 obtained by TSA)A national police record check is required.
