Our client in the Telco space is seeking a ServiceNow Trainer.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver ServiceNow training content
* Conduct ServiceNow training sessions for employees
* Provide expert support for go-live implementation and address emerging questions
* Collaborate with internal ServiceNow teams to tailor the tool for specific business needs
* Deliver SNOW-based training to employees as a certified ServiceNow Trainer
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of introducing ServiceNow to businesses that have not used the tool before, as well as managing large-scale transformation projects.
Requirements:
* Expert-level knowledge and experience in ServiceNow
* Ability to develop and conduct comprehensive ServiceNow training
* Experience in managing large training programs
* ServiceNow based Transformation experience is highly desirable
