What You Will Achieve
Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help you in communicating and directing the activities of employees in the production areas effectively. You will be entrusted with addressing deviations to process problems in the production areas and managing timely equipment maintenance. You will ensure current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance, meet area performance measures, and promote employee training.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize your work to meet project task deadlines.
Facilitate project activities and operational performance metrics reporting to enable insightful decision-making by the management team.
Participate in the investigation and troubleshooting of problems and development of corrective and preventive solutions to enhance project progress and operational efficiency.
Take accountability for upholding and enforcing the safety protocols and compliance standards throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle and in daily operations.
Assist with the development of process and procedure documentation and maintenance manuals and ensure awareness, understanding, and adherence by relevant teams.
Responsible for identifying and implementing efficiency, safety, quality, and cost improvements on equipment and processes.
Develop as operational SME in specific sub-parts of the operational processes to contribute to teamwork effectiveness.
Promote cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance within the workplace by following site cGMP procedures.
Take initiative to identify continuous improvement opportunities and devise solutions for management’s consideration.
Provide instructions, guidance, and coaching to team members on manufacturing practices, systems, and technicalities to support their learning and development.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Scientific, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience (approximately 2-3 years) in similar roles within a manufacturing environment, with pharmaceutical industry experience being highly desirable.
Strong knowledge base and application of Good Manufacturing Practice and experience in dealing with Regulatory Auditors.
Demonstrated experience in project participation to achieve defined business outcomes and meeting delivery timelines and standards.
Excellent investigation and problem-solving skills to effectively execute and guide technical troubleshooting.
Strong capability to work with relevant manufacturing software and systems and drive decision-making using data and analytics.
A high level of understanding of safety regulations and protocols applying to the industry and work area.
Well-developed communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues and develop team capabilities.
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts as required to support the project.
Nice-to-Have
Pharmaceutical experience in Operations, Engineering.
