Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, this busy and fast paced role will see you provide quality people to clients across Australia nationally. The team at CELOTTI WORKFORCE prides itself on getting things right the first time through our sound recruitment practices, but we like to ensure our days are filled with the fun and enjoyment that comes with getting people jobs. Duties and responsibilities: Assessing applications, conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates. Post job ads on website, job boards and social media sites as necessary. Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client. Manage the process through to offer stage and beyond (offer letters, inductions, feedback and ongoing contact). Maintain the talent database. Consistently providing a high level of customer service that exceeds client and candidate expectations. Our Ideal Candidate Previous high volume recruitment experience (blue or white collar) Sound Microsoft Office suite skills Self-motivated and energetic attitude Strong organisational skills Hold a current car licence and a vehicle.
