About the Role
Our People at PwC team is looking for People at PwC Associate (HR Graduate) to join our vast community of solvers. The People at PwC team brings our purpose to life by supporting the firm's people over their employment lifecycle, and empowering them to navigate their careers and apply our policies and processes. We are known for providing high quality operational HR advice, transactional services and an amazing customer experience.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Recently gained tertiary or TAFE qualifications in human resources or a related field (or currently studying)
Having an aptitude for working with complex systems and processes
Managing multiple priorities and a high volume of work, in a fast paced environment
Having a collaborative, customer service mindset

Employee Support & Queries
Being a caring and customer focussed key point of contact for all PwC staff by responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Utilising the ServiceNow ticketing system to track, prioritise, and resolve employee queries.
Engaging in instant chat communications to provide real-time assistance and clarify employee concerns, routing complex issues to relevant HR specialists when necessary.
Liaising and working with an offshore transactions team
Leave Requests Management
Reviewing and processing employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Providing guidance and support to employees on the leave application process, including PwC parental leave
HRIS System Assistance
Assisting employees and managers with navigating our HRIS system - Workday for various HR transactions such as updating personal information, submitting time off, and more.
Conducting investigations using Workday to troubleshoot problems, and coordinating with our HRIS support team for technical resolutions.
Onboarding & Induction
Working closely with our Onboarding hub team to support a smooth onboarding for all new joiners into PwC
Facilitating engaging and informative group induction sessions to familiarise new employees with company culture, policies, and resources.
Exit Interviews
Scheduling and conduct exit interviews, capturing valuable feedback
Together Anywhere Programme Management
Administering and promoting the firm's Together Anywhere programme, fostering a flexible and supportive work environment.
HR Project Support
Participating in HR projects by assisting in planning, execution, and evaluation phases.
Providing administrative and logistical support to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Supporting HR compliance activities.
