Project Manager - Salesforce
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 12-month contract for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Federal or State government experience, with a focus on mobile apps and Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Technical Solution Planning: Lead the planning of new capabilities and features requested by the business, collaborating with specialty teams.
2. Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Create and manage the project plan, ensuring a balance between technical dependencies, business requirements, and other priorities.
3. Oversee Technical Solution Delivery: Ensure the successful implementation of all technical components by working with internal teams on system architecture, cybersecurity, and other technology-related aspects.
4. Manage Delivery Partners: Supervise external partners responsible for system implementation.
5. Support Agile Delivery: Work closely with Product Owners, RTEs, and Scrum teams to stay informed on sprint-based technology delivery, providing guidance and resolving technical issues as the TSD escalation point.
6. Represent TSD in Change Management: Participate in ICT Change Management activities and release planning.
7. Ensure Compliance with Technology Standards: Uphold TSD standards, including cybersecurity.
8. Apply DevOps Best Practices: Enhance quality and reliability through improved release processes, automated regression testing, integration with monitoring systems, and synthetic testing.
9. Project Management & Risk Oversight: Actively manage the project using TSD's standard project management tools, tracking plans, risks, issues, and key decisions.
10. Provide Regular Reporting: Publish weekly TSD status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
11. Foster a Collaborative Environment: Promote a positive, cooperative team culture among business stakeholders and delivery partners.
12. Lead ICT Delivery: Provide leadership in ICT project delivery, ensuring adherence to established methodologies.
13. Drive Continuous Improvement: Act as a champion for process enhancement, leveraging extensive ICT delivery experience to optimize outcomes.
