They now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Retail Property Manager to join their team of high performers, looking after one of their high net worth portfolios.
THE ROLE
As Retail Property Manager, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
1. Managing a quality portfolio of Shopping Centres
2. Attending regular property inspections and reporting
3. Managing repairs and maintenance
4. Financial management of rents, leases, and outgoings including arrears
5. Insurance and Essential Safety Measures management and coordination
6. Liaison with landlords and tenants, maintaining excellent relationships
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You will be highly motivated with a results-driven mindset. You will also have the following skills, experience, and attributes:

15. Sound knowledge of the retail act
QUALIFICATIONS
A valid Certificate of Registration is essential
