Your Role: Oversee workload management to meet financial targets. Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to engineers at all levels. Maintain top-tier service for key clients. Lead the design, documentation, and construction phases, including project reviews, client and consultant liaison, authority communication, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits. Foster knowledge sharing and collaborate with colleagues across QLD, WA, and NT. Uphold professional standards, ethics, and our client’s quality procedures. Experience in project management and proposal development is preferred. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ). Previous experience in consulting, specifically within Land, Urban, and Subdivisions. Strong client relationships in SEQ. In-depth knowledge of relevant Australian Standards. Experience in developing Performance Solutions. Ability to manage risk exposure effectively.
