Technical Lead - 55401 Permanent Sydney Location Part of the Unite Project How will I help? As a Technical Lead you will be developing detailed technical solutions, provide technical expertise and ensure overall technical solution aligns with architects solution and domain architecture framework. You will be ensuring alignment and providing traceability of lower level design to technical solution architecture as well as ensuring solutions comply with domain roadmaps and governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the architect and solution designer to convert requirements/high level solution design into architecture aligned detailed technical solution design Identify downstream impacts Provide application development, maintenance and end-to-end technical expertise Expertise in software architecture, low level technical solution, visual design and technical governance of applications and platforms Provide DevOps services and lead application development teams Responsible for the overall delivery of the Technical solution within a Squad e.g. Employee Exp. Or Customer Exp. Inputs into Architecture and Solution Design Inputs into sprint planning, risks, dependencies and governance Delegated sign offs from Principal Lead Single point of contact for all developers within the assigned squad Represents the team at forums e.g. WDP forum What’s in it for me? To be successful in this role, you will need in-depth technical knowledge within the automation space, strong stakeholder management experience and a positive attitude with the ability to take ownership of the role. In addition to this, your skills may include: Good communication skills – a diverse user base with both business, financial and technical backgrounds. Experience in migrations, mergers or acquisitions. Strong IT Financial knowledge with an understanding of contract costings, Capex and Opex concepts. Ability to translate contract information into direct costing impacts. Strong Data analytics and information management skills. Proven experience in translating technical requirements into working solutions. Infrastructure Knowledge with an understanding of concepts such as storage, virtualisation, and vendor management.
