Product Manager - Me@Woolies

What you’ll do
* Product Manage the "Me@Woolies - Stores" application: You'll lead the development and improvement of the "Me@Woolies - Stores" application, ensuring it remains a valuable asset for store team members.
* Technical leadership and Team management: You'll provide technical direction for the product and lead a multi-squad development team.
* Collaboration and stakeholder management: You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the solution delivers measurable value.
* Continuous improvement and innovation: You'll drive continuous improvement of the product, exploring new technologies and ways of working.
* Budget management and vendor relations: You'll manage the product budget and work with vendors to ensure optimal value and a future-proof solution.
What you’ll bring
* Extensive IT product management experience: You should have a strong background in IT product management within a large organisation, ideally with over 10 years of combined IT and management experience.
* Proven leadership and team management: You must have a proven track record of successfully leading large, diverse teams, including experience managing onshore and offshore resources.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, along with experience in managing senior business stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
* Software Development Lifecycles expertise: You should have a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) including Agile methodologies.
* Desirable experience and skills: Experience in programme/project management and "Retail/Store Systems" is highly desirable, as are relevant professional accreditations.

* 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers. Woolworths Group will also continue to pay superannuation for up to 12 months (subject to relevant caps) while the Team Member is on parental leave (paid or unpaid). 4 weeks paid leave for secondary caregivers
