Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Urgent Care CentreThe Opportunity: The team here at Benalla Health is looking for a passionate ANUM to join our Urgent Care Centre. You will:Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and supervise specialist care delivered by other staff.Assist the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to achieve outcomes and goals of Urgent Care in accordance with Benalla Health’s policies, procedures, clinical practice guidelines, standards, and values.Assist the NUM in appropriately allocating resources to provide high-quality care of patients through effective leadership, management of staff, and the development of cooperative professional relationships.Demonstrate leadership, operational proficiency, and act as a resource for other staff on local clinical and organisational issues.Act in the absence of the NUM and continue to carry out the day-to-day management of Urgent Care.Part-Time Position (0.6 FTE)Why choose Benalla Health?Benalla Health is an organisation dedicated to providing a wide range of services that prioritise optimal care and overall wellbeing for our consumers in the rural community.
