Job Title: Registered Nurse - Aged Care (Part-Time)
The Opportunity
* Permanent part-time position available, working 26 hours per fortnight

Your New Role - Key Responsibilities
* Deliver individualised, person-centred care that promotes physical and emotional well-being
* Provide direct clinical care and oversee allied health services
* Report on clinical incidents and care-related events
* Develop and monitor care plans and resident assessments
* Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners
* Administer medications in accordance with regulations and policies
* Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
* Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and policies
Skills & Experience Required
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 1 year of aged care nursing experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
* Willingness to obtain:
o National Police Check
o Influenza & COVID-19 vaccinations
o Pre-employment medical check
o NDIS Check (if required)
