As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our clients' advanced machinery and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Conduct on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of their products. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimise downtime. - Collaborate with customers to identify and understand their specific requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment. - Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of machinery and automation systems. - Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. What you'll need to succeed - Industrial mechanical trade qualification or related. - Experience with PLC troubleshooting is highly regarded. - Disconnect-reconnect licence is highly regarded. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
