Wonder what's involved in the day-to-day?
In this role, you will be an integral part of the HR team and you will have the opportunity to work across various areas of HR. Your responsibilities will include;
* Maintaining HR filing and records
* Drafting and preparing employment contracts
* Complete all required administrative onboarding and termination processes
* Conduct conflict checks and police checks as part of the onboarding process
* Liaise with new employees and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate internal HR meetings, new starter inductions, and interviews
* Organise Learning and Development events
* Corondiate renewal of practicing licenses
* Assist with the organisation of Grad & Clerk recruitment
* Collaborate on special projects throughout the HR team nationally
Do you display the following skillset?
* 12 months - 2 years of strong administrative or secretarial experience, with excellent organisational skills
* A keen interest in HR
* Confidence in liaising with graduates, new lawyers, and partners
* The ability to set up meetings, maintain calendars, and manage offer documentation
* A proactive approach to managing upward and working closely with the HR team
