We will deliver expert care close to home by investing in a range of specialist services at Rockhampton Hospital for all Central Queenslanders.About the role:Senior Social Workers provide complex case management, delivery of clinical services including psychosocial assessment, therapy interventions, monitoring and evaluation of high-quality social work services for patients/clients of Queensland Health within the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.About you:Possession of a degree qualification in Social Work from a recognised tertiary institution and eligibility for professional membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
