Key Responsibilities
* Plan Tailored Itineraries: Design unique travel experiences that match clients' needs, preferences, and budget.
* Provide Expert Advice: Share insights on destinations, accommodations, flights, tours, and local attractions to enhance every journey.
* Manage Bookings: Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transport, and activities.
* Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry developments, and emerging destinations.
* Support Team Growth: Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
* Proven Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
* Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of travel destinations, suppliers, and booking systems (e.g., GDS systems - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus).
* Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
