The Marketing & Office Administrator role sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless office coordination and creating polished professional documents and presentations that make an impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact on both operational efficiency and brand presence. Your key responsibilities will be to: Prepare and format client presentations, proposals, tender documents, sector reports, and corporate materials to brand guidelines, ensuring accuracy. Manage template masters (Word), maintain an inventory of sales materials, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. Assist with inbound call overflow and provide administrative support, including booking travel and updating internal registers. Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns, update the client management database, and set up campaigns in HubSpot (prior knowledge not essential). Complete design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and create/edit PowerPoint templates per brand guidelines. Coordinate state-based events, maintain the team's communications calendar, and assist with sending client releases and internal communications. Your organisation and prioritisation skills are essential. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have proficient skills using the Microsoft 365 suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) or Canva experience is highly desirable.
