The Role
As a pivotal member of the project management team, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
* Leading teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee project success.
* Preparing and managing project documentation, including reports and budgets.
* Identifying risks, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Criteria
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing projects up to $3M, preferably with a background in subcontracting.
* Alternatively, 4+ years as a Contracts Administrator handling projects up to $10M.
* A proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules.
* Strong skills in interpreting construction drawings and contracts, with a focus on compliance.
* Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
