Our passionate and highly skilled multi-disciplinary team work together to achieve excellence in quality patient care.The RoleThe Clinical Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager in supporting & developing staff to deliver excellence in clinical practice, managing clinical risk and implementing systems and processes to improve patient progression of person-centered care. The Clinical Nurse Manager will have a clinical focus and be a recognized resource for all staff to assist in achieving best practice to provide positive patient outcomes. The Clinical Nurse Manager will have the capacity to lead change and influence a working culture to achieve a higher standard of person-centered care. Working with the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Nurse Manager will operationalize the core values of Nursing at Alfred Health by ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
