About the Role
As an Initiative Lead, Non-Financial Risk in our Group Risk Transformation Team, you'll play a key role in helping to drive cultural and behavioural change while overseeing the technical aspects of delivery within the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) stream of Group Risk Transformation.
This role involves understanding and implementing the NFR Target Operating Model within Group Risk, building relationships with senior risk leaders at ANZ, and leading the transformation efforts to deliver a robust and comprehensive service proposition, interaction models, best practice processes, and driving the requirements for people, data & systems capabilities to deliver this service proposition.

Accountabilities
* Leading the transformation of NFR 2LoD services and service delivery in alignment with ANZ's strategic objectives.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior risk leaders across ANZ.
* Providing strategic advice to the business on NFR initiatives and the implementation of transformation programs.
* Ensuring that cultural and behavioural change initiatives are integrated into the transformation process.
* Driving stakeholder engagement and managing key relationships.
What will you bring?
* Ability to anticipate and drive both cultural and behavioural change alongside technical transformation.
* Strong understanding of the Non-Financial Risk framework, operating model and its application within the financial services industry.
* Ability to build relationships quickly with senior NFR leaders and stakeholders, particularly in the second line of risk management at ANZ and with first line counterparts.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies to enhance the flexibility and responsiveness of the NFR transformation initiatives.
* Ability to apply design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions and improve user experience.
