Eligibility:
To be eligible, you must currently hold AHPRA Registration or be eligible to obtain it, have completed the UK Foundation Programme, been assessed by the RACP College as partially or substantially comparable, completed at least AMC MCQ (part 1) or both AMC 1 & 2, or be eligible via Competent Authority Pathway (NZ, UK, Canada, Ireland, USA), and have extensive experience working in General Medicine and be eligible for registration with AHPRA.
The Position:
This is an incredible opportunity to work as a Paediatric Registrar/Senior Registrar/Advanced Trainee at one of Australia's leading teaching tertiary hospitals, which is an accredited hospital for RACP Advanced training. The Department of Paediatrics is managed by a team of Staff and VMO Specialists in various sub-specialties, including Neonatology, Neonatal and Paediatric Emergency Transport, Paediatric Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Rehabilitation Medicine, Developmental Paediatrics, Community Paediatrics, Paediatric Surgery, Child Psychiatry, Endocrinology, and Emergency Medicine.
The hospital has experience working with overseas-trained registrars and can assist with compliance with AHPRA regulations and supervision and monitoring requirements.
