About your role: Influence and promote high standards of clinical practice within a multidisciplinary team. Promote cooperation, teamwork and understanding in undertaking generalist and/or specialist nursing/midwifery practices for effective health outcomes. Provide clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education and research. Effectively manage self-development and work with the Nurse/Midwifery Unit Manager/Clinical Nurse/Midwifery Educator to meet unit nursing staff development needs.
