About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is looking for a motivated Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to deliver a wide range of administrative services across our Rehabilitation and Oncology Units. This joint position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to two essential areas of healthcare delivery, supporting the diverse needs of our patients and staff. In this role, you will provide a range of administrative services, including clerical, reception, and data entry on Trak, to ensure smooth and efficient operations within both units. Position overview Permanent Part time (32 hours per fortnight) across both the Rehabilitation and Oncology Units (Wednesday and Fridays) Warrnambool Campus Administration Grade 1 Salary Range: $58,442.80 -$73,811.92 pro rata, plus superannuation What you bring The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and customer focus. Required skills include: Proficiency in various computer applications, including word processing, health information databases, internet, and email. Proven experience in data entry. Knowledge of medical terminology (highly regarded).
