Job Title: Infrastructure and Project Risk Advisory – Senior Consultant/Manager

We deliver strategic projects and commercial advice and solutions to enable planning, delivery, and operation of major infrastructure projects and programs across a range of priority portfolios including energy, transport, housing, health, education, and others.
Your Work:
* Supporting and advising clients on the development and implementation of risk frameworks.
* The assessment of risk programs.
* The implementation of controls testing and uplift.
* The design and implementation of compliance programs.
You will work closely with our adjacent legal services teams as well as our broader Risk Advisory and Ashurst Advance practices to deliver high-quality value-adding services to clients wanting to extract maximum value from their contracting arrangements.
You will also support business development activities, including tendering, to build the profile of the firm and yourself.
About You:
You are an experienced consultant with demonstrated capability and expertise in advising clients on risk and/or compliance management.
You possess:
* 3-5 years' experience ideally in a client-facing role within a well-respected consulting firm.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit preferably with listed companies.
* Experience in the infrastructure, projects, or property industry.
You are a self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving and requires you to be proactive, adaptable, and humble.
You have proven experience delivering high-quality work for clients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlines.
You are confident in autonomously finding solutions to a range of problems especially those related to risk management in a commercial and client-focused way.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on attention to detail.
You will have experience writing a range of business documents including reports, letters, and proposals.
You have experience providing the highest quality service to clients and fostering professional and commercial relationships with a range of stakeholders.
