About the RoleI am looking to speak with Senior Project Managers to lead exciting high rise accommodation projects. This role will involve overseeing the design and construction processes, managing relationships within the property development and construction sectors, and ensuring projects meet high standards for quality, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities Lead property development projects from initial design through construction to completion. Build and strengthen relationships across the industry to enhance collaboration and project success. Monitor program performance in terms of time, cost, and quality, and report on progress. Prepare project requirements, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Manage change orders and keep project timelines on track. Foster a positive team environment and promote open communication. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in the property and construction industry. Open to building headcontractor as well as Client side background. In-depth knowledge of the construction process and project management controls. Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle, including design, town planning, and project financing. Excellent financial literacy and report writing skills. Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering successful project outcomes. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., property, project management, construction, engineering).
