Your primary goal will be to engage with leads generated from our marketing efforts, qualify them, and set appointments for our sales team.Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, messaging, and responding to inquiries generated from our advertising campaigns.Appointment Booking: Consistently schedule a high volume of qualified appointments with potential clients for our sales consultants, ensuring you meet daily and weekly targets.Qualifying Prospects: Conduct triage calls via phone or Zoom to assess leads' needs and determine their suitability for our services.Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet converted, ensuring all follow-ups are completed within 24 hours.Relationship Building: Foster trust and rapport with prospects through effective communication and personalized engagement.Sales Funnel Management: Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them with appropriate sales personnel, and arranging meetings.Market Awareness: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing industry, including trends and customer preferences, to effectively communicate Cursor Studio's value proposition.What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting, or a call Centre environment, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and relationship-building.Mindset and Drive: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while holding yourself accountable to high-performance standards.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom) is essential.
