Pharmacy Account Manager
This position is open to candidates based in Western Australia or South Australia, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Summary
The Pharmacy Account Manager will foster relationships with designated accounts to drive interest in the product portfolio and innovative clinical practices, achieving ANZ Business Objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as primary contact for operational and tactical processes or issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to assigned Pharmacy accounts.
2. Partner with Pharmacy Accounts to develop and execute on sales plans and deliverables, aiming to achieve revenue targets.
3. Identify new sales opportunities and implement additional services to facilitate growth.
4. Generate sales reports and quarterly business reviews to update customer locations.
5. Deliver high-quality education and insights in person or virtually to customers, showcasing ResMed's products and services.
6. Collaborate with internal business units, including Finance, Marketing, and Distribution, to deliver objectives aligned with ANZ Revenue team's Strategic Imperatives.
7. Collaborate with internal business units, including sales, customer service, distribution, marketing, and finance, to optimize the service offering and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment.
2. 5 years of related successful Business to Business sales experience.
3. Proven business acumen and communication skills.
4. Experience with CRM and analytical tools, such as Salesforce and Tableau.
5. Highly motivated, collaborative, and driven to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications/Experiences:
1. Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field.
2. Experience with Salesforce.com or another customer resource management program.
