As Our Human Resources Consultant, You WillCoordinate the provision of accurate and timely advice and consultancy services to the department's management and staff, focusing on delivering effective HR solutions that support a high performing, flexible and constructive work environment.Coordinate and provide a range of generalised operational/transactional HR services including (but not limited to) recruitment and selection, scribing services and employment paperwork processing to the National Fire Ant Eradication Program.Collaborate with the managers and team members of People and Culture to provide quality advice to executives, management, staff and stakeholders by monitoring, triaging, sourcing, and coordinating responses to a wide range of HR enquiries.Maintain sound knowledge of current HR legislation, awards, certified agreements, directives, policies, and procedures to support the timely and evidence-based advice and service delivery outcomes.Access HR information systems (e.g. Aurion, Employee Self Service (ESS), TADPOLE (timekeeper), Power BI (data visualisation tool)) for reporting purposes, to undertake research and provide advice.Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, central agency networks, and internal and external stakeholders.We are seeking the best suited candidate for the role.
