This role will be mobile/remote and located in our Southern Region, reporting to the Senior Business Manager and supporting the delivery of our Ruminant Team.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll gain experience across the Agribusiness category to include business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development/advisory while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment.You will advance your technical experience by working closely with their managers and teams, gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation.You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management.Work on aspects of our retail operations and management, customer service, people management, category management and logistics.RequirementsHigh academic record to date in the following fields of study: Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience.Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment.Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions.Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date resume.We offer2 year structured graduate development programme.Site or team rotations as part of the programme.Year on year salary increment.Hybrid working.Free parking incl.
