Recent award wins include Digiday's Best Employer for Remote Employees and Amazon's Global Expansion Partner Award. We're currently seeking an eCommerce Media Associate who will be instrumental in the success of Amazon and other marketplace media campaigns.
This role requires the ability to set-up, optimise and analyse media activity and manage sophisticated and complex campaigns.
The successful individual will have a passion for guiding their client's ecommerce media campaigns to success.
Your focus will be on leading the day-to-day management & optimisation of marketplace campaigns and work across your book of business to unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities: Client Communication: Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns.
Be a key point of contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments on all things marketplace media and paid search.
Develop Media Strategies: Collaborate with senior team members to create and implement media strategies aligned with client's business goals.
Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in campaign execution.
Complex Project Management: Take on more intricate projects and manage high-profile client accounts.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and advertising best practices to enhance strategy development.
Media Planning & Execution: Build a strong understanding of media planning and campaign management, and independently manage campaign budgets.
Data Analysis & Research: Analyse campaign performance data and conduct research to deliver actionable insights & data-driven recommendations to clients.
Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimise campaigns and maximise performance.
Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution of media campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and client expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to support campaign success and foster a collaborative work environment.
What we're looking for: 1+ year Digital Marketing experience 1+ year eCommerce experience is ideal but not required, including Amazon/Marketplace media knowledge (Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and campaign bidding/management tools) Degree qualification Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings Strong Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups, and chart building.
Ability to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
