12 + 18 month contract - December Start $140 - $160 per hour (inc-Super) - market estimate NV1 Security Clearance Required Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide address Our client, a large Federal Government organisation, whose focus is on social welfare and support services, are seeking the experience of a Technical Delivery Manager (Cyber / End User) for a long 12+18 month contract. Duties of the Technical Delivery Manager (Cyber / End User) Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business process and management consulting analysis. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks. Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. Provide technical direction and leadership. Ensure technical teams adhere to industry best practices, standards and methodologies. Lead and manage technical teams including developers, engineers and other technical professionals. Identify and manage risks related to the technical delivery. Provide technical expertise and support teams to solve complex technical challenges. Skills and Experience Required Minimum 3 + years experience in the following areas: Experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery. Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment. And/or significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
